Cooking All Your Desires

My name is Joshua Wright and the best way to get to know me has always been by sharing a meal. Cooking to me is nothing but self-expression. I am good at conveying my feelings through my food.

 

Now cooking is one thing, but barbecue is where my specialty lies within. Just as there are only so many notes or colors in a song or painting, there are only so many flavors — it’s how you combine them that sets you apart.

 

My mother had a passion for everything that went into a meal. Through her I learned people just want honest, flavorful, down to earth home-cooked food from the heart. That has always been the key to our success.
